Finding the best fit between you and your work (either at home or the office) to prevent injury or manage an existing complaint involves activity modification, education, and equipment prescription. We offer in-person and virtual one-on-one ergonomic assessments or group education sessions.
Support for individuals who have been off work or school may include physical and cognitive job demand analyses, gradual return to work planning, worksite visits, determining workplace accommodations, vocational rehabilitation, and job coaching.
Occupational therapy can help address physical, cognitive, and mental health needs following a car accident or work injury, and provide care coordination from the time of hospital discharge until return to work or regular activities. Contact us for more information about what an OT can do for you and how to get a referral.
We offer functional capacity evaluations (FCE), cognitive functional capacity evaluations, cost of future care/life care planning, file reviews, and trial preparation for plaintiff and defence concerning motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, medical malpractice, and slip and fall injuries.
